By using RoomCircle (the "Service") you agree to these terms. RoomCircle is part of the Circle family, operated by TekPal (Tekpal Consulting Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad).
RoomCircle is a marketplace connecting people who have a room to share with people looking for one in Hyderabad. Any rent, deposit, or move-in arrangement is agreed directly between the two people; RoomCircle is not a party to that agreement, does not process payments, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing or the condition of any property.
RoomCircle does not inspect properties or verify listings beyond the poster's phone-verified Circle ID. Visit and verify any room in person before agreeing to anything - report anything that looks like a scam.
You agree to provide accurate information, not to post unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading listings, and not to misuse the platform. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You can report a listing or a user, and block a user, at any time from within the app. Blocking hides that person's listings and requests from you and yours from them.
